Suzette founded Concepts & Strategies, a qualitative market research firm, in 1986. She has conducted over 3,500 focus groups and in-depth interviews.

    Prior to forming her business, she held senior positions at major advertising agencies, including JWT, in both the research and account service departments. She also worked on the client side as director of advertising and public relations for a financial services and computer marketing company.

    Suzette brings twenty-nine years of advertising, marketing and research experience to bear on each project. Her company focuses on using innovative and creative methodologies and techniques in conducting qualitative research, to which she applies insightful marketing and strategic analysis.
    She serves the needs of consumer, medical and business-to-business clients, with experience in the following:

    Suzette has an undergraduate degree in psychology and an MBA from the University of Chicago in marketing and finance. She guest lectures at UC Berkeley and UCSF.

    She is trained in the Osborne-Parnes Creative Problem Solving method and is in the process of completing CPSI's Facilitating Creative Leadership program.

    Suzette is an active member in the national Qualitative Research Consultants Association, having served on its Board for three terms, including as Treasurer and Secretary.
